It’s exactly one more week to the last day of school guys. Hang in there! Last year on the last day of school, I thought year 2 would never come for me. I am proven wrong. Dead wrong. And this year one week later I’m gonna think that year 3 is never gonna come. Because it’s already 2012. The world will end. But that’s not true, because my Nescafé coffee powder expires in 2013.
11:11 wishes don’t come true. We don’t ace EOY wishing on 11:11. We ace EOY by putting in hard work.
Nowadays there’s not many morning assemblies, even though it’s only a slight drizzle. Come on we won’t die standing under a slight drizzle right. I would rather have morning assembly.
We had Ultimate Frisbee for PE again, after Mr Teo rambled about Amy Cheong for 15 minutes. The boys are always super rash in Frisbee, and one thing is – my group always lose. Always.
Got back science papers along with 2I and 2E. Originally was 56/90 but I added one mark for Chemistry. OAS: 24 Physics: 16 Bio: 10 and Chem: 7 yeah I know my chem and bio sucks. I’m really considering Bio and Physics for next year, but I’m gonna ask my seniors first.
There’s this dumb sports appreciation night tomorrow, I’m still not sure whether I should go.
The marker who marked our Chinese paper 2 obviously has terrible math. But I was awarded 2 extra marks because of calculation error ✌
I like the hostel canteen food, though it’s more expensive.
Mrs Chua walked into our class, and her stomach is getting bigger and bigger. Soon she’s gonna get maternity leave and we probably won’t be seeing her around next year until she’s finished her 9 months of suffering.
CID today was rather fun. Most of the 2G people went for this learning journey to resorts world sentosa, so LiLin and Yifang didn’t come. In the end I ended up grouping with Naomi and Eilace, and we made candles. First we had wax, and then we put the wax into metal cups and placed the cups into a metal pot with a metal support in the metal pot. We filled the metal pot with water and heated up the pot with a hot plate. Then we added colouring into the metal cups to the wax. When the wax fully melted, all was left was the colouring with the liquid wax. Then we put the liquid wax into these shapes we could choose from, and adding a drop of scent ( there was strawberry, grapefruit etc. ) and finally dipped a piece of wick into the solution and waited for it to harden. We’re only gonna get it next week because apparently progress is slow and it doesn’t take that fast to harden. I can’t wait to set my house on fire with my handmade candles. I made 3.
